Diana has several years of experience managing a Manufacturing company and their retail presence, both physically and digitally. Since she joined the team at JD Talent Stream, Diana has worked strategically to expand our presence in areas that find it a challenge to recruit. Diana believes passionately in quality not quantity and going the extra mile.

Federico spent a decade in the Manufacturing Industry before establishing JD Talent Stream. He believes that what makes JD Talent Stream different is that it has a European wide reach but offers a highly personalised service. Federico is one of our top Headhunters and is highly successful in placing candidates in positions in the engineering sector.
