Our Client, a global Telecom company, is currently looking for Sales Executives (New Business) to become part of their sales teams in Berlin to help them win and enlarge the horizons of new clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leading the growth of the company by winning new accounts in Germany and by achieving and overachieving personal monthly targets;
- Tactical and strategic business opportunity generation;
- Development of sales plans based on booking targets within allocated named accounts (prospects)
- Execution of the sales plan for our network, voice and data center portfolios;
- Creation and development of a qualified pipeline to cover 12 – 18 months rolling period
- Close cooperation with a team of solution architects and bid managers to identify and follow win-win strategies for each opportunity
- Development and presentation of business proposals to IT Management Departments or General Management Departments of the named prospects;
- Proper and constant activity reporting to track and improve the achievement of booking targets (pipeline development etc.)
What you will need to succeed:
- B2B sales skills and experience in hunting new accounts, acquired preferably in a service sales business;
- Stable personal network with C-Level contacts within the target accounts
- Experience in the telecommunications market and good knowledge of Network Services and existing pipeline for the upcoming financial year.
- Outstanding communication skills, written, presentational, and inter-personal.
- Planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Goal oriented, positive attitude with propension to high commitment and resilience.
- Professional appearance and a level of “presence” to gain acceptance at Board level.
- Leadership skills, with no fear of taking on ownership and initiative beside organigram and hierarchies.
- Team-player and “hands on” mentality.
- High motivation, eagerness to learn and winning attitude
- Creativity and ability to obtain the best possible outcome in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work and evolve in an international and growing environment
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
